This enchanting villa in the residential area of Clear Creek is just 10 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort. This spacious air-conditioned accommodation includes a formal lounge, a well appointed family room that easily can seat nine people comfortably, a gracious dining room and convenient breakfast table in the kitchen area. All rooms are decorated with taste and charm. Large king size bed in the master suite, and a Queen bed in the 2nd main bedroom, both of which have ensuite baths. Two comfortable twin bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Recent upgrades include a new designer floor in the living area and all three baths plus lovely window treatments and art on every wall. There are TV/DVD’s in all of the bedrooms. The digital cable package includes wireless internet access, a great selection of channels and movies plus free long distance calling anywhere in Canada or the United States…so helpful when checking in with family and friends back home!

This villa has a west facing pool. As it is in a cul-de-sac there is no noise or traffic so kids can play safely. But the fun does not stop at the theme parks or golf course. The pool is heated electrically and comes with a solar cover to keep the water warm overnight. A beautiful screened lanai keeps insects and leaves out of the pool but allows the Florida sunshine to pour in.

All the theme parks are within a short drive from the Villa.
There is Disney's Magic Kingdom, Hollywood studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Sea World, Discovery Cove’s Dolphin Encounter, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. But don't forget Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and Wet 'n' Wild all within easy access.

You are also within easy commuting distance to both the white sandy beaches on the Gulf coast on the west and the space coast to the east.

The Villa is situated just off the US27, close to the 192 with its restaurants. Wal-Mart is close by.
