The main living rooms are conveniently situated in the centre of this Florida Villa. This is ideal if there are families sharing the Villa. But remember the cost is for the whole Villa. This Florida Villa is just a short drive from the main theme parks and close to the shopping and restaurant areas on the 192.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you would need including large American style fridge, microwave, cooker/stove, toaster, coffee maker and automatic can opener to name but a few! There are also plastic cups for the kids to use when they are by the pool area. Why would you want to stay anywhere else?

As well as the main family areas you have TWO separate living rooms. Here the kids can watch a video or use them yourselves for a bit of peace and quiet which I am sure you deserve! They are a great place to chill out, put your feet up and relax. A beautiful family room with quality furnishings awaits your arrival - the patio doors lead to the pool area and anyone in the kitchen can watch the rest of the family in this area. After all you are on your holiday/vacation and after a day at the theme parks you will be able to come home to your Florida Villa that is your "home away from home".

Although the local area has many fine dining establishments you also have the option of some formal dining of your own in this Florida Villa. It will probably be no surprise to you, but these are the least used rooms. Food is cheap in Florida so it's not expensive to eat out. But should you want formal dining at home then this is the place to be. Dining can be in the breakfast area, at the breakfast bar or in the more formal dining area. Mealtimes are a great time to catch up with the rest of the family and find out how much they are enjoying their holiday, and where better to do this than in the peace and quiet of your own Florida Villa.
